    We begin with a real problem or unmet need—not a technology looking for a use. The problem defines the work.

  2. Combine what matters

    Technology, data, evidence, domain expertise, and design are tools. We use the combination the problem requires.

  3. Build for usefulness

    Clarity, usability, and better decisions matter more than novelty for its own sake. The outcome has to work in the real world.
